A driver has been spotted with a menagerie of animals in the back of a family car, including a sheep, a parrot and – possibly – a deer.
Other road users were baffled by the sight of up to four different animals bundled into the back of the Vauxhall Zafira.
Sam Litten, 27, spotted the group in Salford, Greater Manchester, as he drove to a car wash.
He told the Manchester Evening News: “I saw what I thought was a dog in the back. It looked like it had a beak. I was like, ‘What?’.
“As they went in front of me I saw the people in the car behind me going, ‘What the f***?’ They looked at me and started laughing.”
