Mariah Carey's former assistant Lianna Shakhnazaryan claims she was urinated on and abused while working for singer

The former assistant of Mariah Carey has claimed that she was physically, sexually and racially abused while working for the singer.

Lianna Shakhnazaryan makes the allegations in a new lawsuit, claiming that she was tormented by Carey’s manager, Stella Bulochnikov.

Shakhnazaryan alleges that she was held down and urinated on and claims that Bulochnikov slapped her buttocks and breasts.

She also alleges that Carey’s manager called her an “Armenian whore” and directed the N-word her way, sometimes in the presence of Carey, who she also accused of being physically and psychologically abusive.

The suit claims that the singer “condoned” her former manager’s behaviour.

On Wednesday, Carey filed her own lawsuit against Shakhnazaryan, which claimed she violated a non-disclosure agreement after secretly recording embarrassing videos of the singer and later attempted to extort her for $8m (£6.2m).

According to Shakhnazaryan, she was fired in November 2017 after notifying Carey of Bulochnikov’s behaviour in Connecticut. The lawsuit also claims “wrongful termination”.
