Premier League round-up: Liverpool maintain 100% start as United lose

Liverpool have drawn Napoli, FC Salzburg and Genk in the 2019 Uefa Champions League group stage.

Jurgen Klopp's side are still basking in the glory of their memorable win in Madrid just three short months ago.

Now the focus will be on defending that crown with the eyes of the European game focused on dethroning them.

They return as one of favourites to lift the famous old trophy once again but won't have it all their own way with some of Europe's biggest sides restocked and ready to challenge them again.

The Reds face off against Serie A side Napoli, as they did at this stage a year ago, and face favourable trips to Austria and Belgium.

Klopp's men will be confident of topping the group and avoiding one of their fellow group winners in the knockout stages.

Fixtures (8pm KO unless stated)

September 17: Napoli (a)

October 2: Salzburg (h)

October 23: Genk (a)

November 5: Genk (h)

November 27: Napoli (h)

December 10: Salzburg (a)
