Jurgen Klopp says Liverpool were not scared by West Ham

Jamie Carragher spent 17 successful seasons playing for Liverpool and shared the Anfield pitch with some wonderful players.

And the Liverpool legend has selected the eleven best team-mates he played with in a dream XI.

Unsurprisingly Steven Gerrard makes the cut, along with John Barnes, who spent nine years playing for Liverpool before leaving for Newcastle.

Luis Suarez and Michael Owen make for a formidable front line – with 240 Liverpool goals between them – while Sami Hyypia and Daniel Agger combine in the centre of defence.

But there is no place for Carragher himself, with the 41-year-old modestly leaving himself out.

Check the gallery above to see who makes Carragher’s dream team.
